About TAGMaC
The Triangle Area Graduate Mathematics Conference (TAGMaC) is a twice-annual meeting held between NC State (Fall) and Duke (Spring) in collaboration with UNC Chapel Hill and funded by the AMS. TAGMaC is organized by the AMS student chapters with the principal objectives of: exposing graduate students of the regional schools to a broad variety of research topics in mathematics, and to promotting collaboration among them. Participants may contribute a 25 minutes presentation about their topic of choice (research, practice job talk, exploratory) to a friendly and interested audience of fellow mathematics students.
